This Business Analyst I will collaborate as part of an Agile Project Delivery team to develop, track, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality project documentation. Gather, analyze, and interpret complex technical information to support documentation accuracy and alignment with system functionality. Foster cross-functional collaboration and assist in change management initiatives. Evaluate existing processes, conduct research, and analyze industry trends to support strategic organizational objectives. Operate under direct supervision, handling routine issues independently while escalating complex problems to senior staff. Responsibilities

• Standardization of content with a high level of attention to detail allowing for delivery of documentation with no or minimal error.
• Assist in the preparation, submittal, and review of CDRLs, ensuring accuracy and compliance before submission deadlines.
• Serve as acting CDRL Manager in their absence, including coordinating deliverables with MyNavyHR IT Solutions, COR, and Community Managers/Leadership.
• Track team and project activities, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met and addressing impediments through critical thinking.
• Create complex and professional documents that communicate project aspects to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with stakeholders (internal and external) to understand business needs and identify and manage multiple, dynamic priorities.
• Standardization of content with a high level of attention to detail allowing for delivery of documentation with minimal error.
• Attend client meetings and track meeting minutes for archival and distribution.
• Demonstrate problem solving skills when facing impediments.
• Use judgement to select the best communication medium to convey content; may include use of graphics, diagrams, charts, etc.
• Facilitate cross-team training and promote effective information sharing across the organization.
• Drive continuous process improvement to enhance program operations and efficiency.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or relevant work experience
• 1-2 years of professional experience working in a government or Department of Defense environment preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (primarily Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio)
• Exposure to or use of Agile software management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Understanding of Project Management principles associated with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile management
  
  

Clearance: A background investigation at the T3 level is required, as this is not currently a classified position. Must be a U.S. citizen.

Work Location : Work location will be in Arlington, Virginia and/or Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 2 days on-site with a hybrid option.
