Job summary

EXL is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technical solutions by documenting workflows, driving alignment, and coordinating end-to-end UAT. You will translate requirements into testable scenarios, facilitate workshops, and manage cross-functional actions to ensure successful delivery.

As part of a global data and AI company, you will work with stakeholders and technical teams, contributing to process improvements, test planning, and training support for rollouts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a closely related role.
• Ability to manage workloads independently and drive initiatives.
• Strong skills in creating process maps and documentation.
• Hands-on experience writing test cases and facilitating UAT cycles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to engage with technical teams and business stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Map, analyse, and document current and future state business processes.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and SOPs.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and capture decisions and risks.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute UAT with business users and SMEs.
• Triages defects and coordinates with developers to verify fixes.
