We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst Consultant to support business process analysis and system enhancement initiatives for a state government agency. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users, management, and technical teams to analyze business needs, improve integrated tax systems, recommend process enhancements, and support data-driven decision-making.
