Job summary

Accord Technologies Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst Consultant to support tax administration and system enhancements for a state government agency.

You will partner with business users, management, and IT to analyze needs, document requirements, and drive data-driven decisions. You will lead process improvements, develop new reports, and mentor teammates on tax data and system capabilities while ensuring security policies are followed and projects stay on track in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of process improvement experience.
• 3+ years with Integrated Tax Systems.
• 3+ years training team members on tax data and processes.
• 3+ years working in State Government.
• 3+ years using SharePoint.
• Experience analyzing business requirements and enhancements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with business users, management, and IT teams.
• Experience with GENTAX.
• Leadership and supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze tax-related business processes and needs.
• Gather and document requirements to improve system functionality.
• Evaluate enhancements to integrated tax systems and reports.
