Qualifications

• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and analyzing laws, regulations, and policy documentation.
• Strong knowledge of formal business process documentation and requirements management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business leaders, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or healthcare-related field, or equivalent professional experience.

CornerStone Technology Talent Services (TTS) is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support large-scale Medicaid technology modernization initiatives for a South Carolina state government agency.

This role will support the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) and related systems, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and government agencies to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and support system enhancements and implementations.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in government IT projects, Medicaid operations, business process analysis, and requirements documentation.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a hands-on Business Analyst with strong Medicaid and government IT experience, particularly someone who has supported complex system implementations, documented detailed business requirements, and worked directly with technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Medicaid experience is required. MMIS experience is highly preferred.
