• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
• Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and translate into technical requirements.
• Experience eliciting, documenting and validating requirements with stakeholders.

• Strong written and verbal English communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Job Description:

We are looking for a business analyst to work on a freelance basis (up to 20 hours per week) for an initial 3-month period, with the possibility of extension. The role involves working on the commercial side of our product, eWizard—an AI-powered SaaS platform for digital content management designed for global pharmaceutical companies. It enables the rapid creation, localization, and distribution of omnichannel content in full compliance with regulatory requirements and integration into the client’s MarTech ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with key stakeholders to understand their business challenges and solve their complex issues (complicated logic affecting different services);

• Analyze, elicit and document business requirements, and transform them into technical requirements;

• Cooperate with Solutions Consultants, UX\\UI Designers, Product Managers, Project Managers, and Technical Writers for product scoping, planning, development, delivery & support;

• Prepare & manage technical requirements during Software Development Lifecycle;

• Create and deliver presentations of suggested solutions to key stakeholders;

• Cooperate with the development teams;

• Participate in User Acceptance Testing;

• Initiate and lead collaboration with colleagues to drive quality and identify best practices.

Requirements:

• System and analytical thinking;

• Ability to analyze and document the most complex business processes (complicated logic affecting different services);

• At least 2 year experience working as Business Analyst or similar position in an Agile environment;

• Proficiency with understanding business requirements and translating them into technical requirements;

• Knowledge of software development methodologies;

• Understanding of end-to-end software development lifecycle;

• English from Upper-Intermediate (comprehensive written and verbal communication);

• Proficiency with: Project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence or similar; Office 365; Visualization tools (Figma, Axure RP or similar).

• Experience in business process modeling technics, methodologies and tools;

• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audience;

• Ability to comfortably work with a wide range of stakeholders (internal & external) across all levels management.
