Job summary
G2O is seeking a Business Analyst to partner with Technical, UX, Data, and Development leaders. You will translate strategic roadmaps into clear requirements, prioritize features, and align teams on deliverables.
You will lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and customer journey mapping to develop clear functional and system requirements for development teams. You’ll coordinate across teams, participate in sprint testing, support UAT, and help ensure requirements are implemented
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in business analysis and IT systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in the financial sector is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and document complex business needs.
- Translate roadmaps into clear functional and system requirements.
- Define end-to-end customer journeys with compliant digital experiences.
- Write user stories and maintain backlog with stakeholders.
- Coordinate sprint testing, SIT, and UAT.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align design and implementation.
- Develop user manuals and training materials for new systems.
- Analyze and optimize current workflows and originations.
