Job summary

G3 Enterprises is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead analysis, design, and development of key systems. The role partners with business and IT to deliver cost-effective technology solutions and drive digital transformation.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, documenting processes, leading projects, testing, and ensuring data integrity across systems. Travel up to 10% may be required, with a focus on delivering scalable, integrated software solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of business systems analysis experience or high school diploma plus 8 years of business systems analysis experience.
• Intermediate SQL proficiency.
• MS Word, PowerPoint and MS Excel at an intermediate level.
• Able to clearly convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Willing to travel up to 10% for onboarding, training and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Study business functions and gather information to identify system requirements and document business needs.
• Identify challenges and gaps; propose system solutions and process updates.
• Improve integrations, systems and processes; assess current environment and suggest scalable solutions.
• Lead system implementations, support existing systems, coordinate upgrades, and manage enhancements.
• Lead projects with plans, schedules, and status reporting to IT management.
• Prepare test plans, conduct tests, and analyze results.
• Act as liaison between business and IT resources; maintain user documentation.
