Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to join a government services team in Arlington, VA. This on-site role focuses on deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Automate, driving process improvements and user adoption across diverse teams.

You will train end-users, support testing, and generate Power BI reports for management while collaborating with sponsors and technical staff. Government project experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience working on-site in Arlington, VA (no remote work).
• Experience supporting government or federal projects preferred.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, which will align successfully in the organization.
