Position Summary:

The Business Analyst, Data Operations is the primary liaison between the Data Operations team and AffirmedRx's business-facing teams, particularly Client Management and Patient Care Advocates. Reporting to the Manager, Data Operations. This individual is the first point of contact when a client manager or patient care advocate identifies a file-related or data issue: gathering the details needed to understand it, conducting impact analysis to determine its scope and severity, and keeping every involved party informed of status from the moment an issue is reported through resolution. This role maintains a dashboard or similar tracking tool as the single source of truth on open issues and is expected to communicate proactively — no one should have to ask for a status update. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, since this individual routinely translates between technical data operations work and the business teams who depend on it.
