Job summary

AffirmedRx is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Operations to lead a hands-on team responsible for accuracy, reliability and security of client eligibility and accumulator data. You will own SFTP setup, automation, change control, and act as Scrum Master while engaging directly with clients on onboarding and escalations.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in data operations within PBM, direct PBM/eligibility experience, and strong leadership, communication, and technical reviewing skills.

Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on PBM experience with eligibility files and adjudication.
• 5+ years in data operations or related PBM/TPA roles.
• Experience managing a small team.
• Experience with SFTP setup and file transmissions.
• Familiarity with change control in healthcare data.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead team with hands-on technical work and problem solving.
• Own accuracy and integrity of client eligibility and accumulator data.
• Manage SFTP configurations and automated file processing.
• Oversee change control processes for production data.
• Serve as Scrum Master and improve delivery processes.
• Meet with clients to discuss data issues and onboarding.
• Collaborate with IT leadership on roadmap and priorities.
