Local to Phoenix | Part-time Opportunity (40 hours a month)

Do you excel as a Business Analyst and want to support our client's ventures within the technology and health industry? Do you have strong data analytical skills, experience working with customers and business teams, and proficiency in technical documentation and business acumen? Are you an expert in building Tableau dashboards, analyzing patient data, and identifying customer trends?

The Skills You Bring

1. Develop, maintain, and manage Tableau dashboards and analytics, with working knowledge of Tableau administration and architecture.
2. Create complex, visually appealing data-driven Tableau dashboards.
3. Generate insightful data visualizations and identify trends to aid decision-making and demonstrate metrics to stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with multiple business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies and customer requirements.
5. Ensure customer business needs are properly translated into functional specifications and supported by system solutions.
6. Engage with customers using data-driven insights and follow-up activities.
7. Communicate insights effectively through strong written and verbal skills.
8. Collect and analyze data to support software solutions, dashboards, and trend tracking.

The Expertise You Have

1. At least 3 years of experience with Tableau and SQL.
2. Strong analytical skills and experience in a consulting environment.
3. Experience in data analysis, technical design, and data normalization.
4. Minimum 3 years of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, SharePoint).
