What You'll Bring:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in economics, behavioral economics, finance, statistics, industrial engineering, mathematics, social sciences, computer science, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in retail banking, payments industry, data analytics, financial services, or consulting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to perform data analytics, draw insights, and develop narratives for client presentations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for regular interaction with internal stakeholders.
• Experience managing consulting or advisory relationships with U.S. consumer banking, including products/services like syndicated benchmark studies, analytics, and modeling solutions.
• Support in business strategy, product management, pricing/profitability, customer rewards, prospect targeting, and risk/fraud areas.

• Assist in creating project scopes and analytic approaches based on stakeholder requests.

• Independently oversee workflow for analytic projects.

Pay Scale Information:

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $62,000 - $90,000 annually. Compensation depends on education, experience, skills, location, responsibilities, and market factors. Some roles may also participate in bonuses, long-term incentives, and other compensation plans.
