Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Business Analyst for the Automotive Incentive Dealer Program. This remote role requires collaboration with Sales, Operations and cross-functional teams to convert data into actionable recommendations that improve program performance and client outcomes. Travel up to 20% to a local office is included.

You will enter incentives, perform data validation, troubleshoot issues, and support reporting and analysis to guide business decisions and optimize program tools usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Strong data analysis and modeling skills with Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power formulas).
• Experience designing automated dashboards and operational reports to monitor KPI trends.
• Ability to validate data, audit large datasets, and ensure data accuracy across reports.

Responsibilities

• Enter monthly program incentives through the Fusion system with high accuracy.
• Run quality checks in Fusion to ensure incentive data is error-free.
• Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve program-related concerns.
• Respond to dealer/customer research requests and analyze program reporting trends.
• Provide analytics to Marketing Consultants on program impacts across clients.
• Create detailed queries and routines to support reporting objectives.
• Develop a systematic approach for running queries and recurring recommendations to Sales/Operations.
• Recommend process improvements and client-centric enhancements to drive performance.

As a Business Analyst, Automotive, you will support the Incentive Dealer Program through program entry, quality control, system support, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and business analysis. This work at home role partners closely with Sales, Operations, and cross-functional teams to turn data into actionable recommendations that improve program performance, enhance client outcomes, and support business decisions.
