4910 Tiedeman Road - Brooklyn, Ohio 44144 Location: Cleveland, Buffalo, Albany highly preferred (Mobile) Job Summary We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on developing application insights through the effective use of business intelligence (BI) tools. This role will require a deep understanding of data analysis and visualization, working proactively with stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making. A key aspect of this role will be identifying and aligning business objectives with platform performance, experience and functionality, while delivering insights that expand customer self-service, retention, and expansion. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver actionable insights using a variety of BI tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and SQL, to support business objectives.

• Develop platform feature/function launch benchmarks, KPI's measurement learning plans and evaluation metrics

• Conduct thorough analyses on customer behavior, application performance, and operational efficiency to extract meaningful insights that drive improvements.

• Identify and align business objectives to platform performance, ensuring that functionality meets the needs of stakeholders and enhances user experience.

• Provide insights into the platform's feature set to expand customer self-service capabilities, improve retention strategies, and foster customer expansion.

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring they align with broader organizational goals, and share impactful KPIs developed throughout your tenure.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision-making by presenting findings and recommendations effectively.

• Lead data modeling and visualization efforts, ensuring quality control and data governance.

• Engage with data engineers and IT teams to enhance data pipeline efficiency and effectiveness.

• Align your insights and analyses with the company's business intelligence strategy and reporting cadences, ensuring timely delivery of information (daily, weekly, monthly).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis focused on BI tools and application insights.

• Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and SQL for dashboard creation and report automation.

• Strong SQL skills, including the ability to query and manipulate data effectively.

• Excellent communication skills for gathering requirements and presenting analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to define, track, and align KPIs with organizational goals.

• Experience leading data modeling and visualization efforts and ensuring data quality and governance.

• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, for example data engineers and IT teams to improve data pipelines.

• Ability to identify processes gaps, recommend solutions, and manage implementation.

• Proficiency with PCs and standard Microsoft Office software.

• Experience presenting findings to senior leadership and influencing strategic decision-making.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

• Experience with machine learning, predictive analytics, or AI-driven insights.

• Knowledge of business domains such as banking, finance, or marketing analytics.

• Experience aligning insights and analyses with broader business intelligence strategies and reporting cadences.

• Familiarity with customer behavior analysis, application performance analytics, and operational efficiency metrics.

• Passion for driving customer self-service expansion, retention improvement, and customer growth strategies.

• Exposure to process automation and self-service BI initiative development.

• Understanding of Commercial Banking products, digital banking platforms and segment needs through demonstrated portfolio

COMPETENCIES

• Proven ability to balance ad-hoc analyses with standardized reporting.

Collaboration & Reporting Structure:

• You will report to Digital Adoption and Platform Enablement Commercial Bank and work closely with various teams and departments to maximize the impact of your insights.

• Experience presenting to senior leadership, exemplifying the ability to influence strategic decision-making.

• Ability to balance ad-hoc analyses with standardized reporting, providing flexibility in project prioritization.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $61,000 to $75,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
