Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Business Analyst, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to bridge business needs and technical solutions on enterprise digital transformation projects. You will collaborate with clients, developers, architects, UX teams, and product stakeholders to drive delivery from discovery through delivery.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and experience with Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Background working as a Business Analyst within Agile development environments.
• Proven experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with stakeholders to understand business goals, challenges, and requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, UX teams, and product stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Help prioritize and refine backlogs to support successful Agile delivery.
• Participate in sprint planning, standups, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Support user acceptance testing and validate that delivered solutions meet business expectations.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps early to keep projects on track.
• Ensure requirements are clearly documented, traceable, and aligned with project objectives.
