UNICON SYSTEMS is seeking an experienced AEM Project Manager to lead Adobe Experience Manager initiatives, wearing Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Scrum Master hats to drive the delivery of content-driven sites. You will partner with UX/UI, content teams, and engineering to translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.

The role emphasizes Agile leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on AEM craftsmanship, with remote work options within the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Scrum Master.
• 2–3+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Strong understanding of AEM Sites, CMS components and templates.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced AEM Project Manager who can successfully wear the hats of Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Scrum Master to lead Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with strong digital delivery experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and deep knowledge of the AEM ecosystem and content-driven websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects.


• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.


• Translate business needs into user stories, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.


• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications.


• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.


• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver responsive, SEO-friendly digital experiences.


• Drive continuous improvement and ensure successful delivery across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Scrum Master.


• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).


• Strong understanding of AEM Sites, CMS, components, templates, and content management.


• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or Workfront.


• Knowledge of Figma, responsive design, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SEO.


• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and Agile leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CSM, PSM, or CBAP certification.


• Experience working with enterprise digital marketing and content platforms.


• Prior client‑facing or global delivery experience.

Preference

• San Jose, CA candidates are highly preferred.


• Remote candidates within the U.S. will also be considered.
