THE POSITION

Are you an Information Technology professional with strong analytical skills looking for an exciting career opportunity? The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB), a $2.5B retailer operating over 600 Fine Wine and Good Spirits retail locations and several wholesale locations, is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst 3 to support the Cloud Financials application, including Procurement, Accounts Receivables (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP) systems. DESCRIPTION OF WORK

This position will serve as the lead business analyst for non-merchandise procurement and financial activities within the PLCB's Oracle Cloud Financials (CFIN) and Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS). Responsibilities include documenting project vision and scope, independently leading business requirements analysis, participating in system review sessions, proposing new features, developing work plans, and managing project deadlines and risks.

Work Schedule and Additional Information

1. Full-time employment
2. Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch break.
3. Telework: Opportunities for part-time telework (up to four days a week) may be available, requiring a secure high-speed internet connection and an approved work location inside Pennsylvania. If telework is not possible, reporting to the Harrisburg office is an option.
4. Salary: Starting salary may be non-negotiable in some cases.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

Qualifications

Minimum Experience and Training:

• One year as a Business Analyst 2 (or equivalent federal or state position); or
• Six years of business process analysis experience; or
• Two years of experience plus a bachelor's degree; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Other Requirements

• Meet PA residency requirements.
• Able to perform essential job functions.
