Job summary

Trend Capital Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business goals with operational execution and optimize client campaigns.

You will gather and translate data into actionable insights, collaborate across operations, sales, marketing, finance, and technology, and implement scalable solutions that improve performance and compliance. You will own integrations with partners, verify campaign tracking, manage budgets, and generate regular performance reports for strategic

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, marketing operations, or campaign optimization (lead generation experience is a plus).
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for cross‑functional teams and executive leadership.
  • Experience collaborating across operations, marketing, and technology teams to drive business growth.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrated track record of improving systems, processes, or workflows.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Copper) and campaign management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Owns the integration process for new and current partners; coordinating with tech, operations, and account managers to ensure integrations are set up correctly, on time, and functioning properly from day one.
  • Verify all campaign tracking, routing, and targeting to ensure campaigns run as intended.
  • Manage the campaign compliance process, ensuring adherence to client, legal, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, and performance metrics, identifying discrepancies and opportunities for optimization.
  • Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to support internal decision‑making.
  • Collaborate with internal media teams and affiliate managers to optimize campaigns for maximum performance and alignment with client KPIs.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to minimize operational errors.
  • Resolve accounts payable or billing issues with client accounting teams to maintain smooth financial operations.
