Job summary

Evepack Türkiye ищет бизнес-аналитика для анализа и документирования бизнес-процессов крупного проекта. Ваша задача — проводить интервью, собирать требования и описывать процессы с использованием BPMN/UML, обеспечивая соответствие IT-решения бизнес-требованиям.

Evepack is the spinoff from a big manufacturing enterprise producing various consumer packaging solutions for the big clients (food, pharma, and many others). We assist small and middle-sized businesses by offering them the fully customized ordering process for individual packaging with fast delivery time. Study, analyze, and document existing and planned business processes. Conduct interviews with representatives of functional departments and document their requirements and expectations. Create and maintain up-to-date descriptions of business processes using notations suitable for analysis and design (BPMN/UML/others). Systematize and prioritize business requirements and formulate tasks for the project development team. Work closely with developers and help clarify requirement details at all stages of implementation. Verify that the system meets business requirements. Maintain communication between the business and the IT team. Prepare presentations and reports for management on the status of requirements elaboration and implementation processes.

Требования

• Experience working as a Business Analyst minimum 3 years on projects involving the implementation and deployment of large-scale corporate IT solutions.
• Good understanding of business process modeling principles and the ability to work with BPMN/UML notations and relevant tools.
• Strong systems-thinking skills, with the ability to structure fragmented information and identify what is most important.
• Experience gathering requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis of documents and data.
• Knowledge of the basic principles of project management and software development (Agile, Waterfall).
• Knowledge of BABOK.
• Experience preparing documentation: BRS, SRS.
• Ability to formulate clear and unambiguous tasks for the IT team.
• Proficiency with tools used to describe processes and requirements.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to reach agreements with representatives at different organizational levels.
