Job summary

O3 Solutions seeks a Business Analyst to partner with users and stakeholders to define requirements and test potential solutions. You will gather requirements, conduct user research, and develop user stories for product enhancements, ensuring clear value is documented and that features meet user needs.

You will test features, support implementation and adoption across clients, and contribute to visual libraries and onboarding materials.

About the role

The Business Analyst is responsible for working with users and key project stakeholders to understand user needs, clearly define business requirements, and test potential solutions.

• Participate in regular strategy meetings including quarterly roadmap discussion, yearly Product Planning, weekly backlog grooming, and weekly backlog pre-grooming.
• Facilitate internal team and customer meetings effectively.

Preferred

• Industrial Construction experience through an Owner, EPC, contractor, or software provider
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience as a Business Analyst or related role
• Knowledge of Advanced Work Packaging methodology
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP)
• Spanish Proficiency at a Business Level
