About You

You’re naturally curious and enjoy figuring out how things work. When you see a problem, you don’t just look at the surface—you ask questions, dig into the details, and look for the root cause.

You’re comfortable working with data and information, but you also understand that good business analysis is about more than numbers. You know how to listen to people, understand their needs, connect the dots, and turn what you learn into practical recommendations.

You’re organized, dependable, and comfortable managing your responsibilities independently. You communicate clearly, pay attention to the details, and enjoy finding ways to make processes simpler, more efficient, and more effective.

If that sounds like you, we’d love to have you join our team.
