Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a Junior Analyst, QA Analyst, Data Analyst, or Operations Associate.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability in influencing cross-functional stakeholders and guiding project direction.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to create data with little direction.
• Demonstrated ability to manage through change and adapt to a changing environment.
• Strong history of mentoring and developing employees.
• Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy while managing multiple complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide Analyst support to the Organization to build accurate and robust business justifications for system enhancement requests, analyze performance trends.

The Business Analyst is responsible for providing strong analytical, process optimization, and project management support, a desire to be part of something that changes the valuation industry, and a drive to turn complex operational challenges into scalable solutions.the Analyst provides in-depth analytical and strategic program support to several key initiatives simultaneously. This role goes beyond tactical support to drive strategic process improvement and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

What You Will Work On
