• This role involves collecting user feedback, conducting surveys, and assisting in the evaluation of technology solutions to enhance business processes.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Conduct user feedback sessions and surveys to assess user needs and satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with both business and IT teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and improve user experience.
• Work independently to manage tasks and deliverables within established timelines.

Qualifications :
