SESLOC Federal Credit Union Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to identify opportunities for improving services and products for members and employees using technology and process improvements.
The BA will act as a liaison between IT and other departments to translate business needs into technology solutions. Responsibilities include leveraging applications, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining strong end-user collaboration across departments.

We are seeking an experienced service focused, tech-savvy, Business Analyst.
Identify opportunities for improving services and products to SESLOC members and employees using technology and process improvements. Act as a liaison between IT and other departments to translate business needs and objectives into technology solutions. Leverage the functionality of applications, manage vendor relationships and maintain effective working relationship with the end user of the applications.
A two-year college degree or completion of specialized course of study at business or trade school or a relevant professional certification and five years' experience working with business software applications, or equivalent combination of education and experience including time spent in preparatory positions. Previous credit union or financial institution experience preferred.
Strong with multiple change approaches from Agile, Lean, TDD, Waterfall, etc. and understand the proper use and application of each approach required. Demonstrated capability of supporting and delivering the full system development life cycle and its various phases (including user story creation, test planning, test execution, production implementation and break-fix production issue resolution) required. Demonstrated skills with SQL and/or various relational database concepts and languages required, including multiple methods for analyzing, reporting and validating data at the source (i.e. SQL queries) required. Proven ability to manage solutions delivered in multiple programming languages and technical environments required. Demonstrated understanding of software engineering vocabulary and data architecture; including experience working with Azure DevOps, JIRA or other Agile development team tools required.
