Qualifications

  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and action plans.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders.
  • Case summary maintenance and reporting on high-profile matters.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product safety goals and initiatives.
  • Data Collection: Gather, clean, and analyze product safety data from various sources to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Escalation Management: Oversee escalations from high-risk channels and review history for process adherence.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and root cause analyses for product safety incidents.

  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and action plans. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders. Case summary maintenance and reporting are also required on high‑profile matters.
