Responsibilities

• Conduct operational risk assessments and monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Manage third-party contracts and 3PL compliance to mitigate risks.
• Monitor parts inbound and outbound escalation cases to identify opportunities and improvements in related operations, logistics, and quality.
• Coordinate communication between multiple parties including SDSA, LPS, Field Service, Suwon and warehouse teams to develop and/or revise protocol on parts handling, quality, and defect and damages.
• Conduct operational risk assessments on operation, logistics, and warehouse for department-level risk early sensing and initiate projects for risk prevention and improvements.
• Ensure warehouse and logistics cost governance by collaborating with SDSA and LPS to verify correct invoicing within policy.
• Oversee compliance and regulatory adherence (safety and environmental) governance in collaboration with SDSA and LPS aligning with industry standards.

Job description

Immediate need for a talented Business Analyst (Korean Bilingual). This is a 12 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Santa Ana, CA (Onsite).

Pay Range: $38 - $43/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting operational risk assessments and monitoring.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Managing third-party contracts and 3PL compliance to mitigate risks
