Job description

Immediate need for a talented Business Analyst. This is a 12+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano, TX(Onsite).

Pay Range: $40/hr - $53/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Presentation Support:
• Assist in the preparation of compelling presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop visually engaging and data-driven slide decks to effectively communicate key messages and strategies.
• Create financial simulations and models to support Care+ expansion efforts, ensuring accuracy and clarity in financial projections.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to provide insights for strategy development.
• Category Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sales channel partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment on category strategies.
• Oversee digital merchandising initiatives, ensuring optimal product placement and visibility across sales channels.
• Develop and implement forecasting models to predict sales trends and optimize inventory levels.
• Lead marketing and training efforts to enhance partner capabilities and drive category growth.
• Track sales, pricing models and profit margins to hit financial goals.
• Support the enhancement of the consumer purchase journey across various touchpoints to maximize conversion.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Detail oriented, with proven experience in presentation development, financial modeling, and category management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

• Experience in device protection, insurance and/or consumer electronics industries.
