Reveille Technologies,Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst (BA) with a strong technical background and experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling. The role focuses on bridging business needs with IT solutions in the Property & Casualty insurance domain.

The ideal candidate will document BRDs/FRSs, create use cases, flow diagrams, data mappings, and support cross-functional teams through the software lifecycle in an Insurity PAS environment.

Role: Business Analyst (BA) - Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst (BA) with a strong technical background and experience in business requirements gathering, functional documentation, process modeling, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and development teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood, documented, and translated into effective technical solutions.

Experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain is highly desirable, particularly with Policy Administration Systems (PAS), legacy billing systems, and claims management applications. Familiarity with Insurity is a plus.

Required Qualifications

• Technical background with a basic understanding of product architecture and system functionality.

• Experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
• Experience with Policy Administration Systems (PAS) and insurance claims or billing applications.
• Hands-on experience creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications.
• Experience in end-to-end enterprise software implementation projects.
• Proficiency in MS Visio for process modeling, workflow diagrams, and system documentation.
• Experience with data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, and system design documentation.
• Experience facilitating solution design sessions between clients and implementation teams.
• Experience conducting UAT, quality reviews, client training, and stakeholder workshops.

Good to Have

• Experience working with Insurity products or solutions.
• Knowledge of Policy Administration Systems and insurance policy lifecycle processes.
• Experience presenting application demonstrations and status reports to clients and senior executives.
• Familiarity with legacy system integrations and modernization initiatives.
