Inceed, L.L.C. has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Business Analyst to join their team.

This role supports meaningful EHR initiatives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. You’ll work with project leaders and stakeholders to shape requirements, improve workflows, and ensure solutions align with operational needs. The schedule is hybrid, with 3-4 days in the office.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Experience leading requirements gathering sessions.
• Experience creating executive reports and process documentation.
• Experience with workflow analysis and SOP documentation.
• Strong understanding of prioritization and stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to support multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Experience in healthcare, public health, or government preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and EHR requirements.

Compensation: $ 38 - 42 /hour, depending on experience

You’ll work closely with project leaders and stakeholders to shape requirements, improve workflows, and help ensure solutions align with operational needs.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and EHR requirements
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear, testable requirements
• Review workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Support process maps, use cases, and requirements matrices
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews and resolve requirement conflicts
• Assist with testing, UAT, and readiness validation
• Track dependencies, risks, issues, and unresolved decisions
• Partner with project management on planning and sequencing

Required Qualifications & Experience:
