Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment across projects.
• Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to visualize key performance indicators and trends.
• Lead or support Agile project management practices, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Design and optimize databases, including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle, ensuring efficient data storage, retrieval, and integration through ETL processes with Talend or similar tools.
• Conduct thorough data analysis using SQL, R, Python, and analysis skills to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by coordinating testing, documentation, and deployment activities.
• Create detailed process diagrams and system architecture using Visio or similar tools to communicate technical workflows clearly.
• Engage in database design efforts and implement linked data strategies to enhance data connectivity across platforms.
• Utilize scripting languages such as VBA and Bash (Unix shell) for automation tasks that streamline reporting and data management activities.
• Stay current with industry best practices in analytics, business analysis techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously improve project outcomes.
