Our Managed Services team is how that continues after go-live. We work as an extension of our clients' teams, supporting their Salesforce environments day-to-day and helping them keep improving over time. Business Analysts play a key role in that work, helping translate what users need into changes the team can build.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player with experience supporting complex technical projects. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring the Salesforce platform, including data transformation, UI/UX development, process automation, and managing security and visibility. Existing Salesforce certifications or demonstrated success on Trailhead are looked upon very favorably.
This role is based in downtown Indianapolis, with an expectation to work in the office at least four days per week. The ideal candidate enjoys working as part of a close-knit team, collaborating closely with their team lead on client projects across a variety of industries and Salesforce products.
Compensation for this role is comprised of 3 elements:
Those 3 elements combine to equate to total compensation for this role, which is $60-$85k annually.
