This role is based in downtown Indianapolis, with an expectation to work in the office at least four days per week. The ideal candidate enjoys working as part of a close-knit team, collaborating closely with their team lead on client projects across a variety of industries and Salesforce products.

Compensation

Compensation for this role is comprised of 3 elements:

  • Base Salary
  • Utilization Bonus paid based on billable hours (quarterly)
  • Variable Bonus (monthly) based on quality of delivery and level of contribution to project

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Providing regular updates on the status of assigned tasks to other members of the project team
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate the value of assigned tasks and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
