Job Description

Davis H. Elliot Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Business Analyst to support our Operations Team in improving efficiency and identifying cost‑saving opportunities. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Analyze regional financial data to identify cost‑saving opportunities
• Evaluate, interpret, and communicate findings regularly
• Maintain system processes and deliver monthly status reports
• Respond to inquiries from managers and executives professionally
• Act as a liaison between Operations and Corporate Finance/Accounting
• Prepare journal entries to reallocate costs across jobs or cost centers
• Assist Operations Admin team with reporting and various tasks
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
