Client has exciting career opportunities for a Business Analyst within the Data Strategy and Enablement group. This role will support business processes, including but not limited to Enterprise, Account, and Person data management, focusing on process creation, management, and execution of large-scale data cleanup initiatives.

What you'll do :

• Drive data quality initiatives to improve the accuracy of client data used in critical business operations, and curate data insights to enhance transparency and value across Gartner.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams, both onsite and offshore, to create deliverables such as Data flow diagrams, Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, User Stories, and User Acceptance Tests.
• Understand relevant business areas, technical options, limitations, costs, and risks to communicate tradeoffs and recommend solutions or alternatives.
• Independently lead critical data workshops with stakeholders to develop requirements and execution processes, managing dependencies across teams.
• Review data records periodically to ensure data quality and curate insights that improve data transparency and value.
• Maintain quality by adhering to processes and documenting procedures on shared file systems.
• Review team outputs to ensure correct interpretation of requirements; define and execute test cases.
• Support other analysts, process owners, and project managers in driving business initiatives.

What you'll need :

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst; experience with Data Warehouse, Master Data Management, or Analytics environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical personnel, orally and in writing.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to document requirements clearly and concisely.
• Ability to break down complex problems and workflows into understandable components.
• Proficiency with tools such as MS Excel, MS Word, Google Suite, MS Visio, Lucid Chart, JIRA, Confluence.
• Advanced SQL skills are required.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization systems like Tableau or Power BI is advantageous.
• Experience with data governance is highly valued.
• Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
