BUSINESS ANALYST

The Role

You’ll be the lead data analyst for their US business, covering everything from supply and ops to trading and commercial performance. The role is broad, hands-on, and genuinely commercial – ideal for someone who’s ready to own reporting, drive insight, and shape decisions.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, taking projects from scoping through to execution, insight and measurement.

Your Responsibilities:

Leading analytics across trade, operations, and supply for the US
Building dashboards and reporting for core business metrics
Running deep dives that quantify opportunities and challenge assumptions
Supporting decision-making with simple, commercially relevant analysis
Owning projects end-to-end – from data to recommendations to outcomes
Working across teams (Product, Tech, Ops) and levels (ICs to C-suite)
Automating repeat work so your time is spent on value-add analysis
Contributing to the wider analytics team’s tools, thinking, and culture

Your Skills & Experience

3+ years in an analytics role
SQL expert – hands-on in GCP
Strong BI skills – Tableau, Power BI or Looker
Some Python or R experience
Experience with root cause analysis, funnel and drop-off analysis & A/B and multivariate testing
Confident communicator who can challenge, collaborate and simplify
