Adecco is assisting a local client in Houston, TX to recruit a Business Analyst for the Commodities Operations unit. The analyst will perform trade validation, reconciliation, and maintain accurate trade records while partnering with Sales, Trading, and Operations teams.

Responsibilities include investigating and resolving trade breaks, processing amendments, supporting regulatory reporting, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of commodities experience with a solid understanding of the trade lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data reconciliation, investigation, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Experience with an ETRM system such as Endur/OpenLink preferred, with a risk-management mindset.

• Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Schedule: Hybrid in Houston, TX (Onsite 4 days per week during training, then hybrid with a minimum of 3 onsite days per week)

This Business Analyst position is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Teams and not your local Branch.

Pay Details: $40.37 per hour
