Job description

Seeking a Business Analyst to join a client of Insight Global's ERP transformation initiative. These individuals will play a key role supporting the Kahuna platform, Oracle integrations, data validation efforts, and overall system administration. The ideal candidate has a blend of business analysis, systems administration, testing, and data management experience. This person should be comfortable working with large datasets in Excel, validating integrations, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with multiple business and technical stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• 2+ years of Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, HRIS Analyst, ERP Analyst, or Application Analyst experience
• Integration testing experience
• Experience validating data flows between enterprise systems
• Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or rollouts
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing user access, security roles, and permissions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Strong attention to detail and data quality management

Plusses:

• Oracle ERP or Oracle HCM experience

• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience
• Experience supporting talent management, competency management, or workforce systems

Day-to-Day:

• Convert approved business requirements into the Kahuna platform
• Maintain competency libraries, mappings, workflows, and role assignments
• Support new employee population rollouts and system adoption efforts
• Configure system workflows and platform settings
• Conduct testing and validation activities
• Partner with Oracle teams during system integration testing
• Validate data flowing into Oracle Talent Profiles
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and system issues
• Manage user security, permissions, and system access
• Coordinate releases, updates, and vendor support activities
• Analyze operational and system performance trends
