• SQL and Excel for data extraction, reporting, and metrics validation.
• Strong verbal and written communication to explain technical ideas.

HRK Technologies is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to uncover market opportunities, analyze operational pain points, gather requirements, and define scalable product and business solutions across technology, operations, and service management.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Elicitation & Documentation: Interact with business leaders, clients, and end-users to capture functional requirements, user stories, and detailed business requirement documents (BRD/FRD).
• Process Mapping & Optimization: Map current operational workflows ("as-is"), identify process gaps, service bottlenecks, and inefficiency points, and design optimized future states ("to-be").
• Market & Gap Analysis: Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, and user needs analysis to evaluate business feasibility and new service opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Facilitation: Act as a liaison between business executives, product managers, software engineers, and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment on product vision.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Define test scenarios, coordinate acceptance testing with end-users, and validate that technical deliverables meet initial business requirements.
• Impact & Feasibility Analysis: Assess business cases, cost-benefit tradeoffs, ROI, and risk profiles for proposed software applications and operational initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Management Consultant.
• Analytical Modeling: Demonstrated ability in business process mapping (BPMN), workflow diagramming (Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro), and system modeling.
• Agile Frameworks: Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies, user story creation, backlog grooming, and issue tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Data Literacy: Proficiency in SQL and Excel for basic data extraction, reporting, and validating business metrics.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
