Purpose Financial is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Greenville, SC team. You’ll turn data into decisions, build dashboards and forecasting models, and support ROI analysis to shape how we connect with customers.

You’ll work closely with Finance, BI, Product, and Enterprise Data teams, applying marketing measurements and analytics to drive growth for mothers, small business owners, students, and other customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related quantitative field.
• 2+ years of quantitative analysis experience; lending/fintech/banking a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Excel expert) and experience with Power BI.
• Working knowledge of Tableau, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Snowflake, or Sigma.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, regression, cluster analysis, and other marketing measurement methodologies.
• Strong communicator—comfortable presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.

What You'll Do

You'll be the analytical engine behind our marketing strategy — turning data into decisions and insights into impact. From building dashboards and forecasting models to conducting customer research and supporting ROI analysis, your work will directly shape how we connect with and serve our customers.

You’ll collaborate closely with Finance, Business Intelligence, Product, and Enterprise Data teams — bringing bold ideas and breakthrough analysis to the table as we grow.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field (Master's preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in quantitative analysis — lending, fintech, or banking experience is a plus
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Excel expert preferred) and experience with Power BI
