• Help define how systems interact, including APIs, integrations, and data movement between platforms.
• Support modernization initiatives by bridging legacy processes with new platform capabilities.
• Facilitate working sessions that align business and technical teams on objectives and solutions.
• Assist with validating solutions and performing quality assurance to ensure delivered functionality meets intended business outcomes and established quality expectations.
• Identify project dependencies, risks, and gaps early in the development and delivery process.
• Contribute to initiatives involving mobile applications, customer communications, payments, and internal workflow systems.
