• 5+ years of Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience.
• 3+ years supporting CRM initiatives.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
• Strong understanding of lead management, sales pipeline processes, and CRM best practices.
• Experience creating process maps, workflow documentation, and business requirements documentation.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and document current and future-state workflows, ensuring prospective client activity progresses through a standardized lifecycle from Lead to Opportunity and beyond.
• Partner with business leaders to create scalable, repeatable sales processes aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase adoption, visibility, reporting accuracy, and efficiency.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to gather business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
• Document current and future-state workflows and business processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Translate standardized sales methodologies into measurable dashboard requirements and user stories.
• Define key performance indicators, including process compliance and sales pipeline effectiveness metrics.

Responsibilities

Sales Process Transformation
