Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. seeks a Business Analyst PMO to lead design and adoption of standardized sales processes using Salesforce.

You will document current and future-state workflows, gather requirements, and ensure a consistent lifecycle from Lead to Opportunity. You will bridge business stakeholders with technical teams to make Salesforce a single source of truth for prospect and client activity.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Strong understanding of lead management, sales pipeline management, and CRM best practices.
• Experience creating process maps, workflow documentation, and business requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops and working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and document current and future-state workflows, ensuring all prospective client activity begins as a Lead and progresses through a consistent/standard lifecycle process.
• Partner with advisors and business leaders to create scalable, repeatable processes that align with firm objectives.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase adoption, visibility, and reporting accuracy.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to gather business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Document current-state and future-state workflows and business processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Translate a standard sales methodology into concrete, measurable dashboard data requirements and user stories.
• Define compliance KPIs such as Stage Gate Adherence and Time-in-Stage thresholds.
• Authored functional specifications for CRM tracking mechanisms to automatically log when sales reps skip critical milestones.
• Create and execute test plans and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Validate system enhancements and process updates prior to deployment.
• Support release planning, implementation activities, and post-launch stabilization.

Summary of the Position

We are seeking a Business Analyst to lead the design, implementation, and adoption of a standardized sales process across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong business analysis skills with Salesforce expertise. This role will focus on documenting current state, defining future-state business processes, gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and ensuring all client acquisition activity follows a consistent lifecycle from Lead through Opportunity and ongoing relationship management.
