Responsibilities

• Engage independently in documenting requirements and configuring business systems.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Support business-critical systems using mature IT and software engineering practices.
• Develop, deploy, and execute test strategies to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams and management levels.
• Test applications at the user level using both manual and automated tools.

Skills

• Proven experience with standard Business Analyst skills.
• Strong background in financial processes, particularly in client billing and pharmacy payables.
• Proficiency with Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
