The Manager, Business Analyst conducts and manages outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning. They support short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. They also develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes. *Employees in jobs labeled with 'SCA' must support a government Service Contract Act (SCA) agreement.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst


• 4+ years of experience with delivery of a Provider, Medicaid or Medicare product


• 3+ years of experience with requirement gathering, solution and design documentation


• 2+ years of management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in client facing complex solution delivery


• 2+ years of experience working in a matrixed HR environment

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
