Axxess is seeking an MBA candidate for its AIM Rotational Program in Dallas. This one-year immersion offers mentorship, exposure to leadership, and cross-functional exposure across Product, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and Client Experience.

Qualifications

• MBA candidate with graduation December 2026 or May 2027.
• Undergraduate degree from an accredited college (3.3 GPA preferred).
• Demonstrated success with at least two years of post-baccalaureate professional work experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Exemplified leadership on previous projects.
• Collaborative with a learning mindset and desire for continuous improvement.
• Ability to work in the Dallas office as this is not a remote position.

• Collaborate with a variety of Axxess teams in our Dallas office beginning June 2027

What do you bring...

• Currently pursuing an MBA from a college or university, with a graduation date in December 2026 or May 2027
• Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university(3.3 minimum GPA, preferred)
