Job summary

Axxess is seeking MBA talent for its AIM program in Dallas to design scalable healthcare-at-home solutions and lead cross-functional initiatives. This immersive one-year program emphasizes professional development, mentorship, and exposure to senior leadership across Product, Marketing, Finance, Engineering and Client Experience.

Qualifications

• Pursuing MBA with expected graduation in Dec 2026 or May 2027.
• Minimum of two years of post-baccalaureate professional work experience.
• Willingness to work in the Dallas office (not remote).
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Demonstrated leadership on previous projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable healthcare-at-home solutions.
• Gain knowledge of industry trends, KPI analysis, and the competitive landscape.
• Engage with partners and clients to identify challenges and develop marketing strategies and solution adoption.
• Develop partnerships in emerging markets.
• Manage project schedules and communicate risk to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with a variety of Axxess teams in our Dallas office beginning June 2027

What do you bring...

• Currently pursuing an MBA from a college or university, with a graduation date in December 2026 or May 2027
• Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university(3.3 minimum GPA, preferred)
• Demonstrated success with a minimum of two years of post-baccalaureate professional work experience
• High levelof business and global acumen
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
• Exemplified leadershiponpreviousprojects

• Ability to work in the Dallas office as this is not a remote position
