Job summary

Modern Ballistic is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to gather and document business requirements, create BRDs/FRDs, and develop user stories. You will map processes, identify gaps, and coordinate with development, QA, and PM teams to ensure alignment with objectives.

You will support testing activities, validate requirements, and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Gather and document business requirements to define project scope.
• Create BRDs and FRDs aligning with stakeholder needs and business goals.
• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for features and changes.
• Engage stakeholders to validate processes and outcomes.
• Map processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
• Apply SDLC and Agile/Scrum practices to deliver solutions iteratively.
• Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, and other docs tools to communicate findings.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication and analytic thinking.
