Business Analyst (3 Roles)

Location: REMOTE – Working EST TIME ZONE
Length: 6 months
Start: ASAP
Interview: Video

Business Analyst required to support Lead with the Discovery and Design phases of client’s platform implementation. Strong insurance background/experience required.

MUST HAVE:

• Good in Visio
• Requirements Documentation
• Product Design as a BA
• P&C Insurance

Activities to include supporting:

• Discovery:
  • Gather data on As Is product scope to document the impact to market/revenue
  • Compare to what's platform offerings (gaps) and categorize based on what is and is not available on the platform
  • Play back gap analysis to the stakeholders
  • Assist client in prioritization for development
  • Present To-Be – standard process and Impact Analysis against As Is process
• Design:
  • Support creation of Global standard template – 'master template'
  • LOB with subcategories, Product definition, mandatory fields
  • Draft templates for in scope products
• Conduct Product Design Workshops
• Walkthrough first and subsequent drafts of populated templates and track take away actions
• Ensure that countries feed in any specific local regulatory requirements as well as reporting requirements
• Make updates to templates as necessary based on workshop outcomes
• Finalize product templates
