Essential Duties of the Business Analyst:

• 3+ years as Business Analyst within enterprise IT organizations
• Expert at creating functional specs through translation of business requirements
• Understand architecture, database structures, APIs, and integrations within the Microsoft .NET ecosystem
• Define and document test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements

Qualifications of the Business Analyst:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Strong knowledge of .NET framework, SQL databases, and RESTful APIs
• Proficiency in writing functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS (preferred)
• Experience in the insurance or financial industry (preferred)

Compensation:

• $100,000 - $120,000 (based on experience)
• Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave, and Holidays as required by law
