Job summary

Employment Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to support end-to-end solution delivery for a major financial enterprise focused on housing markets. The role is a full-time contract, onsite in McLean, Virginia, paying $45-$53 per hour.

You will gather requirements, document process/data flows, translate requirements into technical specs, support SDLC activities, and assist with testing strategies and execution with both business and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as a business analyst within the mortgage industry.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and specifications.
• Understanding of end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience supporting systems integration testing and UAT.

The Business Analyst supports end-to-end solution delivery by translating business needs into clear requirements, improving outcomes across stakeholders. • Experience supporting systems integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Knowledge of manual and automation testing approaches
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
